Yes, we offer both one-time and recurring cleaning services to fit your needs.
We typically assign one cleaner per job for our Standard Light Cleaning and recurring cleans. For more in-depth cleanings , depending on the size of your home we may assign two or more.
Simply let us know what you prefer. If you won't be home at the time of service, we can be given an access code, garage code, etc., whatever works best for you.
Yes, to hold and secure your scheduled cleaning services we ask for a $ deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future cleaning should you need to cancel for any reason. Remaining payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning.
Since we schedule all cleans in advance, a late cancellation fee equal to your initial deposit will be applied/charged if less than 24 hours notice of cancelling, or if a cleaner is locked out of your home.
We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and CashApp.
Yes! Recurring cleaning services can give you peace of mind, knowing your house will always be as clean as you want and need it to be! You can schedule light cleans and deep cleans as needed, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
While they are certainly not expected, our cleaning professionals work hard and would love to receive a tip for their work. If you are happy with your services, feel free to personally tip your cleaner at the end of their cleaning, or if you are a recurring client, you can tip every few weeks/months. It's completely up to you and what you are comfortable with! Any tip, at any time is greatly appreciated, and 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.
There is no need to completely tidy your space before our professionals arrive, however we do ask that your sink be free of dishes, and that you please pick up any clothing, toys, trash and personal belongings before we arrive, to ensure the most efficient cleaning. If our cleaners need to tidy those things as well, it adds on to the time of your service, so making sure each room is free of clutter is very helpful for us, and is cost-effective for you as well.
Absolutely not. We arrive fully stocked with all the professional grade cleaning supplied, needed to tackle any job.
Our professional cleaners take the utmost care and attention in every single home. Should something happen to break or get damaged while our cleaners are there, we do our absolute best to resolve the issue right away and/or replace the item. We are fully insured and carry insurance for all our employees.
We are fully licensed and insured so no need to worry. Should this happen, the insurance we provide our cleaners will cover the claim.
Yes, we love pets! However, we do ask for them to be placed somewhere safe and comfortable during the duration of the cleaning services, to ensure the most efficient clean.
Currently we do not, however we will be adding this service, along with others, in the very near future! Reach out with your info and we can let you know as soon as other services become available.
